DTC Description

The MCU sets DTC U010100 when any message during 0.5s has not been received through the G-CAN signal from the TCM.

Since hybrid vehicles contain a high voltage battery, if the high voltage system or vehicles are handled incorrectly, this might lead to a serious accidents like electric shock and electric leakage.

- Carefully read and follow service information instructions.
- Wear insulated gloves, safety glasses and use insulated tools for your safety.
- Turn the ignition switch off and disconnect ground cable of auxiliary battery and remove the safety plug.
- Wait for more than 5 minutes so that the inverter capacitor can be naturally discharged.
- Check high voltage terminal on power relay assembly is lower than 30V.
- Per for Resolver adaptation alter the HPCU or the driver motor or the Hybrid Starter Generator (HSG) is replaced or reinstalled.
- When replaced HPCU, Perform air bleeding for HPCU with KDS.
