DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the current
  • Poor connection in HSG 3 phase cable connector
  • Open in HSG 3 phase cable
  • Open in HSG inside wire
Enable Condition Case 1
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (9 to 16V)
  • Supply DQ high frequency current (30A, 50Hz) for 40 ms
  • No DTC P0C0200, P0E0100, P0E0200, P0E0300, P0E0900, P0E0A00, P0E0B00
Case 2
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (9 to 16V)
  • HSG Speed (500 to 4, 700 RPM)
  • HSG target current is over 50A
  • No P0C0200, P0E0100, P0E0200, P0E0300, P0E0900, P0E0A00, P0E0B00
Threshold Value Case 1
  • Not detected that HSG current is over 7.5A
  • Not detected that HSG current is below -7.5A
Case 2
  • The current of 1 phase of HSG 3 phase power cable is below 10A at the enable conditions
Diagnosis Time Case 1
  • 40 ms
Case 2
  • 30 ms
