DTC Description

P0CF000 is set when the signal voltage of the MCU's inverter heat sink temperature sensor is detected lower than the specific voltage.

WARNING: Since hybrid vehicles contain a high voltage battery, if the high voltage system or vehicles are handled incorrectly, this might lead to a serious accidents like electric shock and electric leakage.
* Non-compliance with the following instructions can induce death or injury caused by electric shock.
  • Carefully read and follow service information instructions.
  • Wear insulated gloves, safety glasses and use insulated tools for your safety.
  • Turn the ignition switch off and disconnect ground cable of auxiliary battery and remove the safety plug.
  • Wait for more than 5 minutes so that the inverter capacitor can be naturally discharged.
  • Check high voltage terminal on power relay assembly is lower than 30V.
  • Per for Resolver adaptation alter the HPCU or the driver motor or the Hybrid Starter Generator (HSG) is replaced or reinstalled.
  • When replaced HPCU, Perform air bleeding for HPCU with KDS.
