DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the current
  • Poor connection in drive motor 3 phase cable connector
  • Open in drive motor 3 phase cable
  • Open in drive motor's inside wire
Enable Condition Case 1
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Ignition "ON" & supply DQ high frequency current (30A, 50Hz) for 40 ms
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (9 to 16V)
  • No DTC P0BE600, P0BE700, P0BE800, P0BEE00, P0BEF00, P0BF000, P0BFF00
Case 2
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (9 to 16V)
  • Drive motor speed (200 to 6, 500 RPM)
  • Drive motor target current is over 50A
  • No DTC P0BE600, P0BE700, P0BE800, P0BEE00, P0BEF00, P0BF000, P0BFF00
Threshold Value Case 1
  • Drive motor (+) phase current: Not detected over 12.5A
  • Drive motor (-) phase current: Not detected below -12.5A
Case 2
  • The current of 1 phase of drive motor 3 phase cable is below 10A at the enable conditions
Diagnosis Time Case 1
  • 40 ms
Case 2
  • 30 ms
