Monitor KDS Data

Ignition "ON". Cluster indicator "READY" ON. Lift the vehicle, shift lever D-range, no brake applied.	Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)". Operate the vehicle or system in accordance for more than 10 minutes with enable condition in DTC detecting condition. (more than 20 minutes in winter) Monitor parameters in "Current Data" with KDS. Good

Secondary fault history can be caused by a generator (HSG)/drive motor cooling failure due to lack of coolant in the PE component or faulty EWP. Check the EWP and coolant and go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Inspect the coolant level, circulation condition, cooling fan and cooling system of drive motor inverter (MCU).
Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
If the cooling system is normal, replace the HPCU and perform "Vehicle S/W Management" and check for proper operation and then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

CAUTION: Perform "Motor/HSG Resolver Calibration" with KDS in Case HPCU or motor is replaced or repaired, and then operate Electric Water Pump (EWP) to recirculate and refill coolant.
