DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the temperature
  • Clogging or air inflow in the coolant line of PE parts
  • Faulty PE system
  • Lack of Electric Water Pump (EWP) coolant
  • Faulty EWP
  • Faulty HSG temperature sensor
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage (9 to 16V)
  • No DTC P0A3700, P0A3800, P0A3900
Threshold Value
  • HSG temperature over 185°C (365°F)
Diagnosis Time
  • 10s
MIL
  • Immediately
Service Lamp
  • ON
