If the capacity of high voltage battery is smaller than 10% of normal capacity of high voltage battery (Battery Capacity is less than 10% of normal), in other words, if the maximum internal resistance over 13 mΩ is detected from at least one out of 72 cells of high voltage battery, the BMU sets P0A7F00.
