DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring CAN messages
  • Faulty ICU system
  • Open or short in C-CAN communication line
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON" (ignition "ON" signal received more than 2s)
  • HPCU "ON" (HPCU "ON" signal received more than 2s)
  • CAN communication line in normal condition
  • Battery voltage is between 9V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • When CAN message has not been received from ICU via C-CAN
Diagnosis Time
  • 2s
Symptom
  • SCC disengagement and shutdown
  • SCC warning lamp turns on
  • FCA normal work
  • FCA warning lamp turns off
  • NSCC disabled
  • NSCC USM disable
Service Lamp ON Condition
  • SCC main switch "ON"
  • ESC OFF switch "OFF"
Service Lamp OFF Condition
  • In case of satisfying release condition
Clear Condition
  • Normal ICU CAN message received
