Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check on a CAN communication
  • Poor connector connection
  • CAN bus- Open or short circuit
  • ECM
  • CVVD
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Normal auxiliary battery voltage (10 to 16V)
Threshold value
  • When CAN bus off is detected at least three
Diagnosis Time
  • 2s
MIL ON Condition
  • 1 driving cycle
