Circuit Inspection

Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 BMS connector (component side) 4 (H-CAN high) BMS connector (component side) 3 (H-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω
ECM connector (component side) 80 (H-CAN high) ECM connector (component side) 81 (H-CAN low) Approx. 120Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
 BMS connector 10 (ON/START Input) Chassis ground - B+
BMS connector 8, 9 (Memory power) Chassis ground - B+
BMS connector 27, 28 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. 0V
  1. Ignition "ON".
 BMS connector 4 (H-CAN high) Chassis ground - Fig.1
BMS connector 3 (H-CAN low) Chassis ground -
