DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check on rationality
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open or short circuit
  • Faulty ELCM
Enable Conditions
  • CCV commanded is open
  • PCSV commanded is close
  • ECT (3.8 to 40°C) (38.84°F to 104°F)
  • Ambient air temperature (0 to 42°C) (32°F to 107.6°F)
  • Barometric is higher than 74.5 kPa
  • Operate a purge valve for 15s
  • Fuel oil system = Feedback control
  • Acceleration pedal inoperative
  • Manifold pressure/barometric is lower than 0.8
  • No misfire
  • Normal auxiliary battery voltage (10 to 16V)
Threshold Value
  • When FTP is lower than specified value
Diagnostic Time
  • 15s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
