DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor's signal
  • Poor connector connection
  • Blockage of fuel filter
  • Blockage of fuel line
  • Fuel pressure sensor
  • Fuel pump control module (FPCM)
  • ECM
Enable Conditions
  • Target fuel pressure is higher than 250 kPa and lower than 600 kPa
  • Engine running
  • Normal auxiliary battery voltage (10 to 16V)
Threshold Value Case 1
  • When fuel high pressure pump current is lower than 0.2A
Case 2
  • When fuel low pressure pump current is higher than 11A
Diagnostic Time Case 1
  • 0.2s
