Good

Go to "SYSTEM INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the Throttle Position Sensor (ETC Motor) and Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
