- Barometric pressure is higher than 74.5 kPa
- Fuel level (15 to 85%)
- Operate PCSV for 15s
- Fuel system = feedback control
- Acceleration paddle (0%)
- Manifold pressure/barometric pressure (Less than 0.8)
- No misfire
- 0s after start engine
- Normal auxiliary battery voltage (10 to 16V)
