DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the voltage
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open or short circuit
  • EGR actuator
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Normal auxiliary battery voltage (10 to 16V)
Threshold Value
  • When EGR valve position sensor is lower than 0.17V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
