DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the voltage
  • Poor connector connection
  • HO2S (Bank1, Sensor2)
Enable Conditions
  • Auxiliary battery voltage is higher than 10.7V
  • Engine speed is between 1200 and 3520 RPM
  • EGT around ROS (Model) is higher than 300°C (572°F)
  • Exhaust gas mass flow is more than 1.7g/s
  • Change amount of exhaust gas mass flow is between -41.7 and 41.7g/s
  • Fuel system status is fuel cut-off
  • ROS voltage is greater than 0.67V before fuel cut-off
Threshold Value
  • When heated oxygen sensor (B1S2) stays low voltage for 2s (0.3 to 0.725V) in fuel-cut in
Diagnostic Time
  • 2 valid fuel cut-off phases
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
