DTC Description

The ECM detects a ITM performance deterioration or faulty ITM it will throw a P00B700.

P00B700 Fault determination procedure :

"P00B700 Temporary" on Fault Diagnosis --> "P00B700 Past" on Fault Healing --> "P00B700 Present" on Next Driving Cycle Fault Re-diagnosis

■ In accordance with the P00B700 DTC status information, make sure to perform the following procedure.

- Failure code status is "Pending Fault" or "Active Fault" : Perform "Actuation Test" of ITM with KDS.

If the P00B700 fault code status information occurs again as "Pending Fault" or "Active Fault" rather than "History Fault", replace the ITM.

If the P00B700 fault code status information occurs as "History Fault" and does not occur as "Pending Fault" or "Active Fault", erase the fault code with KDS and release it.

- Fault code status is "History Fault" : Clear fault code and release.
