Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	FPCV connector	2 (+)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 4.0V (duty)
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	FPCV connector	1 (-)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
