DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring the switch contact level
  • Poor connector connection of park button
  • Contamination or inflow of moisture
  • Faulty the park switch
  • Faulty the park switch circuit
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • As same as below of symptom
  • Button lock or stuck
  • Short circuit to auxiliary battery
  • Short circuit to ground
  • Contact error
  • Abnormal value
Detecting Time
  • 180s
DTC Erasing
  • If normal park switch status is maintained
