Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	E-Shifter ECU connector	1 (Memory power)	Chassis ground	-	B+
	E-Shifter ECU connector	2 (ON/START Input)	Chassis ground	-	B+
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	E-Shifter ECU connector	20 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the E-Shifter and go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace necessary, go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
