DTC B2406-77: Air Mix Motor-Driver: General Description

The driver temperature actuator (air mix potentiometer) located on the heater module, regulates the temperature by sending a signal from control unit and adjusts position of temperature door by operating temperature switch and then temperature. The temperature will be regulated by the hot/cold air ratio decided based on the position of temperature door. The potentiometer signal sends the temperature door position value to A/C control module.
