Repair Procedures: Removal

NOTE: When removing the fender, wrap protective tape around a flat-head screwdriver or remover not to damage components.

Information

Removing or installing the hood requires an assistant.

Remove the hood assembly (B) after removing the mounting bolts the hood hinge (A).
Tightening torque:

21.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.2 - 2.7 kgf.m, 15.9 - 19.5 lb.ft)
