[Tailgate Lower Trim]

NOTE:
  • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
  • Take care not to scratch the body surface.
  1. Remove the power tailgate switch. (option)

    (Refer to Body Electrical System - "POWER TAILGATE SWITCH ")

  2. Remove the tailgate upper trim (A) by using a flat-head screwdriver or remover.

  3. Remove the tailgate side trim (A) by removing the mounting screw.

  4. Remove the tailgate grip (B) after using a flat-head screwdriver driver in the service hole (A).

  5. Remove the tailgate lower trim (A) by removing the mounting bolt.
