- When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
- When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
- When working on the high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
Information
- When disassembling the outside rear view mirror, use of special tools can improve workability and safety of damage to parts.
- If it is possible to work with parts (scalp, etc.) assembled in the vehicle, proceed with the work on the vehicle.
- How to use the special tool is as follows.
Outside view mirror assembly fixing stand (0K876 - C5100)
- Mount the special tool bolt (B) to the outside rear view mirror assembly (A) and tighten the bolt fixing nut (C) to fix it so that it does not move.
- Turn the handle (B) to set the outside rear view mirror assembly (A) to a position where it is easy to work, and then work.
