Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors and DTC still occurs, replace the ECM or TCM or IEB and Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
