Circuit Inspection

Ignition "OFF". Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	PCA-R connector	3, 12 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω
Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	PCA-R connector	1, 14, 16, 19 (power)	Chassis ground	-	B+

Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the PCA-R and Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

* In Case of replacing PCA-R, perform following "System Inspection" procedures.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
