Oil Seal (Transaxle Side)

  1. Remove the transfer case assembly.

    (Refer to Transfer Case Assembly - "FRONT WHEEL TRANSFER CASE ASSEMBLY ")

  2. Remove the transfer case assembly transaxle side oil seal (A).

  3. Install the oil seal with a new one by using the special service tools (0K473 - P2400, 09231 - H1100).

  4. If the transfer case oil is leaking, add the transfer case with oil.

    (Refer to All Wheel Drive System - "TRANSFER CASE OIL ")

  5. Install the transfer case assembly.

    (Refer to Transfer Case Assembly - "FRONT WHEEL TRANSFER CASE ASSEMBLY ")
