Repair Procedures: Removal

- Remove the MDPS assembly.
(Refer to Motor Driven Power Steering - "MDPS COLUMN And HOUSING ")
- Disconnect the MDPS System connector (A).
Information
Disconnect the connector in the following order.
- Remove the MDPS System (A) after removing the mounting bolts.
Tightening torque:
8.0 - 12.0 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.9 - 8.8 lb.ft)
