Module Circuit Inspection
Inspection Condition (+) Probe (-) Probe Specification
Connector Terminal Connector Terminal
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 IEB module connector 1 (Memory power) Chassis ground - B+
IEB module connector 14, 46 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
 IEB module connector 6 (ON/START Input) Chassis ground - B+

Good 

No Good

  1. Ignition "ON".
 IEB module connector 8 (H-CAN high) Chassis ground - Fig.1
IEB module connector 9 (H-CAN low) Chassis ground -
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 IEB module connector 8 (H-CAN high) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
IEB module connector 9 (H-CAN low) Chassis ground - ∞ (infinity)Ω
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the auxiliary battery (-) connector.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
 IEB module connector 8 (H-CAN high) IEB module connector 9 (H-CAN low) Approx. 60Ω
