Case 1 |
- When the difference motor initialize position and motor offset position is over than 10°
- Phase equilibrium is not achieved during motor reset
- Motor voltage is maintain below 4V or over 50V during motor reset

| Case 2 |
- Motor current is below 2A during motor driving
|
| Case 3 |
- Supply voltage for IEB is over 7.5V and motor supply voltage is below 4V
|
| Case 4 |
- Difference of voltage between motor relay drain and source is over 2V
- Difference of voltage between motor relay drain and gate is over 0.8V

- SPI fault, BIST (Built-In Self-Test)
- Clock error, Charge pump error
- EEPROM, Configuration register
- Output feedback monitoring, Temperature error
