DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor valve circuit
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open or short in power supply circuit
  • Faulty battery
  • Faulty IEB module
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery normal voltage (6.5 ~ 19V)
Threshold Value Case 1
  • When the valve relay is ON, valve relay voltage is below 5V is continues more than 165 ms
Case 2
  • When the valve is ON, the voltage difference between valve relay FET Drain and SOURCE is over 1±1.5V and that Case continue more than 165 ms
Case 3
  • When the valve is ON, the voltage difference between valve relay FET Drain and SOURCE is below 6±0.8V and that Case continue more than 165 ms
Case 4
  • If valve relay voltage is more than 6V continuously for more than 25 ms when relay is OFF
Detecting Time Case 1
  • 165 ms
Case 2
  • 165 ms
Case 3
  • 165 ms
Case 4
  • 25 ms
Warning Lamp Case 1 to 3
  • EBD, ABS, ESP, IEB, RBS, DBC, AVH, CHECK BRAKE (buzzer)
Disable Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON" after clear DTC and than reset valve
