| DTC Strategy |
|
- Poor connector connection
- Open or short of brake pedal travel sensor circuit
- Faulty brake PTS
- Faulty IEB module
|
| Enable Condition |
- Ignition "ON"
- Auxiliary battery normal voltage (6.5 to 19V)
|
| Threshold Value |
Case 1 |
- When pedal signal change below 5 mm during calibration signal below 5 mm in non control if all of below conditions are true for more than 500 ms
- If more than 2 of below conditions are true for more than 1500 ms when vehicle driving
- PSP pressure is over 15 bar and amount of change is over 10 bar
- Circuit pressure is over 15 bar and amount of change is over 10 bar
- BLS signal "ON"
|
| Case 2 |
- Maintain pedal signal is over 20 mm more than 300s
- If all of below conditions are true
- If conditions (1) to (3) (condition (3) is true 2 times) are true
- If conditions (1) and (3) (condition (3) is true 5 times) are true
- Maintain pedal signal over 20 mm when accelerator pedal "ON" is more than 3s
- PSP pressure is below 0.5 bar and pedal signal is over 20 mm is more than 1s
- Maintain pedal signal over 20 mm during vehicle speed increase more than 10 kph
- Maintain pedal signal over 20 mm when BLS signal "OFF" status are more than 3s
|
| Case 3 |
- If all of below conditions are true more than 15 times
- Different pedal increment direction compared to the previous cycle
- Pedal signal amount of change over 10 mm occur 6 times within 100 ms
|
| Warning Lamp |
|
| Disable Condition |
- Ignition "OFF" and then "ON" and brake released 1s and pressed 1s
