| DTC Strategy |
|
- Poor connector connection
- Faulty signal circuit of WSS front-LH sensor
- Faulty WSS front-LH
- Damaged tone wheel
- Improper installation of WSS
|
| Enable Condition |
- Ignition "ON"
- Auxiliary battery normal voltage (8 to 16V)
|
| Threshold Value |
Case 1 (speed jump) |
- If wheel acceleration of more than ±100g has occurred 56 times at one wheel or 5 times at two or more wheels
- If acceleration of more than 70g has occurred 126 times at one wheel or 20 times at two or more wheels
- If wheel acceleration of more than -100g has occurred and it is not recovered at vehicle speed longer than 140 ms
- If wheel acceleration of more than ±28g has occurred 60 times at only on wheel (speed jump error counter is cleared if the speed is stable where it is over 10 kph (6.2 mph))
|
| Case 2 (wrong exciter) |
|
| Case 3 (sensor type misinstallation) |
- If the signal is detected as a smart wheel sensor signal 200 times consecutively on the wheel that is set as active wheel sensor
- If the signal is detected as an in valid signal (is not smart wheel sensor signal) 200 times consecutively on the wheel that is set as smart wheel sensor (the failure is detected when wheel speed is 5 to 25 kph (3.1 to 15.5 mph))
|
| Warning Lamp |
Only One Wheel Failure |
|
| Two Or More Wheels Failure |
- RBS, EBD, ABS, ESP, DBC, AVH
|
| 4 Wheels Failure |
- IEB, RBS, EBD, ABS, ESP, DBC, AVH, EPB, CHECK BRAKE
|
| Disable Condition |
- After ignition "OFF" and back "ON", when all wheel speed is normal after driving longer than 3s
