| DTC Strategy |
|
- Poor connector connection
- Faulty sensor
- Faulty IEBU
- MPS pulse output line open or short
|
| Enable Condition |
- Normal battery voltage (12.5 to 14.5V)
|
| Threshold Value |
Case 1 |
- If SP communication error between encoder sensor and MCU is maintained for more than 500ms
- If encoder sensor internal self-diagnosis error is maintained for more than 500ms
|
| Case 2 |
- If following failure is detected while encoder sensor calibration
- SP angle noise (120deg/5ms) is detected more than 20 times within 5.0s
- Difference between AB angle and SP angle is bigger than 20deg for 250ms
- If it is maintained for more than 1s without zero-position calibration
|
| Case 3 |
- Motor angle is out-of the normal range (-360 to 360deg) while motor is rotated 5 turns
- Motor angle noise (12deg/200us) is detected more than 20 times within 5.0s
- Angle difference value between angle received via SP and AB is bigger then 20deg for 250ms
- Angle difference value between angle received from main encoder and sub encoder is bigger then 30deg for 250ms
- Detect both of main/sub encoder fail
- Angle is changed 3.0deg/5ms for 1.0s without motor control

| Case 2 |
- ABS, ESC, IEB, RBS, DBC, AVH
|
| Disable Condition |
Case 1 |
- Maintain 10s with following recovery conditions are all satisfied
- Encoder sensor SPI communication normal
- Encoder sensor internal fail is not reporting
- Encoder sensor angle is in normal range (0 to 360deg)
- Encoder sensor angle noise is not detected
- Motor is rotated more than 20 turns
|
| Case 2 |
- After system reset (ignition OFF/ON, Stop Diag), motor sensor calibration is done
|
| Case 3 |
- Maintain 10s with following recovery conditions are all satisfied
- Encoder sensor SP communication normal- Encoder sensor internal fail is not reporting
- Encoder sensor angle is in normal range (0 to 360deg)
- Encoder sensor angle noise is not detected
