| Threshold Value |
Case 1 |
- If voltage difference between system battery line BAT_A and BAT_B is greater than 4.0V for 100ms
- System initial mode: BAT_A, BAT_B monitor circuit activate and check failure
- After system initial: BAT line monitor circuit operation every 5s and check failure during uncontrolled mode
|
| Case 2 |
- Driving motor relay operating check when the motor relay is ON and OFF
- Check OK condition
- Motor voltage does not changed 0.5V for 50ms
- Motor voltage does not changed 1.0V for 100ms
- Motoring condition
- Once after ECU Wake-up (Only ECU Wake-up by door switch)
- Once before the system termination
|
| Case 3 |
- Motor initial check
- Motor relay supply voltage is out of normal range (6.5V to 18.0V) for 100ms
- Motor relay output voltage is less than 87.5% of supply power for 100ms
- After initial check
- Motor relay supply voltage is out of normal range (6.25V to 18.25V) for 700ms
- Motor relay output voltage is less than (supply power -1.8V) for 400ms
* During control 200ms
|
| Case 4 |
- Initial check- Motor Pre
- Driver Initialization is not finished in 200ms after system wake-up- Motor Pre
- Driver Fault is detected by driver internal diagnostic function for 100ms
- After initial (online monitor)
- SP communication between motor pre-driver and MCU is failed for 200ms
- Motor pre-driver fault is detected by driver internal diagnostic function for 50ms
- Internal temperature of motor pre-driver fault is over then 175°C (347°F) for 50ms
|
| Case 5 |
- During Motor control mode, request current and actual measured current are kept over 600ms by more than 10A (fault monitor only when the motor position is not changed over than 0.6mm/5ms)
- When the absolute value of motor request current is less than 100A, if the motor phase current is bigger than 120A (absolute value) for 100ms
|
| Case 6 |
- Motor position is changed 0.01mm/5ms for 600ms without motor control
- If the pressure does not reached normally while the motor is running for 600ms
- [Forward control] request current is more than 115A, if pressure is not reached 80bar
- [Backward control] request current is less than -100A, if pressure is not reached 150bar
- If motor position does not changed normally while the motor is running
- If the current is continuously over 100A during motor position is at both end point (for 0.6s)
- If Motor position dose not changed with over than 115A motor current (for 5s)
|
| Case 7 |
- If motor position value is out of normal range (-5 to 40mm) for 600ms
- If Motor piston initialization is failed
|
| Case 8 |
- When estimated motor temperature is judged to be high temperature, the motor current is more than
- 65Ato 84A for 60s
- 85A to 104A for 45s
- 105A to 119A for 30s
- 120A for 15s
- Under motor over temperature, motor pwm out does not changed for 60s

| Case 2 |
|
| Case 3 to 8 |
- ABS, ESC, IEB, RBS, DBC, AVH
|
| Disable Condition |
Case 1 |
- Maintain the ON state of the battery line monitor circuit off ailed line, if failed battery line voltage returns to the normal range for 1.0s, the fault is recovered
