| DTC Strategy |
|
- Open fuse
- Faulty valve coil
- Faulty IEBU
- Faulty auxiliary battery
|
| Enable Condition |
- Normal battery voltage (8.5 to 16.5V)
- Ignition "ON"
|
| Threshold Value |
Case 1 |
- Fault is detected if valve relay power is less than 80% of battery power within 80ms after valve relay is on
- Fault is detected if any of the following conditions are satisfied after valve relay is on
- Drain-Sourse voltage of valve relay FET is different by more than (1.0±0.4) V
- Leak current is more than (3.0±1)mA when valve relay initial act
|
| Case 2 |
- Fault is detected if valve relay power is greater than 80% of battery power within 80ms after valve relay turns on to off
- Monitoring time: Once after ignition On
|
| Case 3 |
- Fault is detected if valve relay power is less than (7.0±0.5)V or (battery power-4.0)V for more than 500ms when valve relay is on
- Fault is detected if Drain-Sourse voltage of valve relay FET is different by more than (1.0±0.4)V for more than 500ms
- Fault is detected if temperature of the valve relay driver is greater than (195 ± 20)°C for more than 500ms
|
| Case 4 |
- Fault is detected if valve power is less than (2.0±0.2)V for 60ms when valve relay is on and valve is off
- Fault is detected if any of the following conditions are satisfied for 60ms when valve relay is on and valve power is on
- Valve current is greater than (8.5±2.5)A
- Temperature of the valve driver is greater than (195 ± 20)°C
