DTC Description

The PCM recognizes a fault if the engine oil pressure value is too high or too low for the target value and sets a DTC P052100 and prevents CVVT control.
The variable oil pump is measured higher than the target value when it is closed and the oil pump is operated in constant high pressure mode, eliminating the effect of improving fuel efficiency.
The PCM limits engine RPM because the variable oil pump is measured lower than the target value when opened and the oil pump is operated in always low pressure mode, and lack of oil pressure in the high speed area can cause engine durability problems.
