Circuit Inspection

Squib Circuit Inspection 

1. Ignition "OFF".
2. Disconnect the battery (-) cable and wait for 5 minutes or more.
3. Remove the DSAB module and connect the dummy and dummy adapter to the DSAB module connector.
4. Connect the battery (-) cable and ignition "ON" and wait for 30s or more.
5. Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC) and clear DTC with KDS and diagnose again.
6. Are any DTCs stored in the system?

   Good 

   • Go to next procedure.

   No Good 

   • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
   • If problem still occurs, replace DSAB module and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.

   Main Harness Circuit Inspection

   Good 

   • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
   • If problem still occurs, replace SRSCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.

   No Good 

   • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
   • If problem still occurs, replace SRSCM main harness and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
