Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
  3. Ignition "ON".
PCM (G 2.5 GDI) connector 5, 51 (power) Chassis ground - B+
ECM (G 2.5 T-GDI) connector 41, 75 (power) Chassis ground - B+
  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
PCM (G 2.5 GDI) connector 1, 4, 25, 48 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω
ECM (G 2.5 T-GDI) connector 1, 2, 4 (ground) Chassis ground - Approx. below 1Ω

Good

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.
