Case1 |
- Monitoring detect a failure, if pump motor relay supply voltage (VMRB) is in the failure range for 500 ms

- Pump motor voltage (VMR) is less than (3.0±0.5) V for 160 ms immediately after motor on
- Pump motor voltage (VMR) is less than (VIGN - 4.0) V for 500 ms while motor on
|
| Case3 |
- If motor voltage does not go up to 0.4V level after motor FET is turned on, test is repeated for maximum 10 times. After 10 times testing and if motor voltage does not reach high level, monitor detect motor FET actuation test failure

| Case4 |
- Monitor detect motor open failure if motor voltage VMR is over than (3.0 ± 0.5) V for 2.5sec during pump motor is OFF status
|
| Case5 |
- Monitor check failure after motor is turned OFF. If motor voltage VMR does not reach over than (3.0 ± 0.5) within 40 ms after motor is turned off, motor monitor shall drive motor again maximum 3 times. If voltage condition does not satisfied. After three times testing, detect with motor stall failure
