DTC P0820-08: TGS Lever Complement Value: General Description

The TGS sensor is installed underside of Shift lever. TGS sensor sends the shift lever position information to the TCU through CAN communication. The TCU compares TGS sensor signal with Inhibitor switch signal and judges the shift lever position. Inhibitor switch signal has high priority over TGS sensor signal.
