Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	Chassis ground	7 (signal 1)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	Chassis ground	8 (signal 2)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

After repair or replacement if necessary, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
Check the module circuit for open circuits or short circuits after repair, then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
