- IAT is greater than -10.5°C (13.1°F)
- Accelerator pedal is same as 0%
- Vehicle speed is same as 0
- Barometric pressure is greater than 74.5 kPa

- Difference between target engine speed and actual engine speed is greater than 100RPM
- Difference between maximum idle torque and actual idle torque is greater than 10Nm
