Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	FTPS connector	1 (power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
	FTPS connector	3 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 4.9V
	FTPS connector	2 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the battery (-) terminal. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	FTPS connector	3 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (infinity)Ω

Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the FTPS and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
