Repair Procedures: Installation
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.NOTE:
- Do not reuse the used bolt.
- Do not reuse the used injector fixing clip.
- Do not reuse the combustion seal (A).
(Refer to Injector - "REPLACEMENT ")
- Be careful not to get engine oil on the canvas seal.
- Do not reuse the O-ring (A), support disc (B), rubber washer (C).
- When installing the injector, apply engine oil to the injector O-ring.
- When inserting the injector, be careful not to damage the injector tip.
- Do not reuse the high pressure fuel pipe.
- Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.
