Repair Procedures: Disassembly

  1. Remove the fuel pump after removing the fuel pump plate cover (A) by using a SST (09310-B8100).

  2. Loosen the canister mounting bolts (A).

  3. Remove the canister.
    1. Disconnect the ventilation hose quick-connector (A).
    2. Disconnect the vapor hose quick-connector (B).
    3. Remove the canister (C).

  4. Disconnect the fuel feed hose (A).

  5. Remove the ventilation hose (A).

  6. Disconnect the fuel tank pressure sensor wiring (A).

  7. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (A) by pulling it in the direction of vertical from fuel tank after releasing the fixing hook.
