Squib Circuit Inspection

NOTE:

If dummy and dummy adaptor are not able to be prepared, use a known-good DSAB or 2Ω resistor.

Ignition "OFF".
Disconnect the auxiliary battery (-) terminal cable from the battery and wait at least one minute.
Remove the DSAB module and connect the dummy and dummy adapter to DSAB connector.
Connect (-) terminal cable to battery and ignition "ON" and wait for 30 seconds or more.
Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC) and clear DTC with KDS and diagnose again.
Are any DTCs stored in the system?

Good

Go to "MAIN HARNESS CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If problem still occurs, replace DSAB module and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
