| DTC Strategy |
- Monitor the voltage and current of the motor circuit
|
- Poor connector connection
- Faulty the EPB actuator circuit
- Faulty the EPB actuator
|
| Threshold Value |
Case1 |
- After the motor driving, current is not changed for 1s
- When motor is non-driven condition, the difference between VMTP+, VMTP- is over 1V during 500 ms (FET type only)
|
| Case2 |
- When the motor driving current is over than the 30A during 50 ms
|
| Case3 |
- When relay A and relay B and the low side FET are off and the VMTP doesn't meet the VDD*0.5 ±3V during 200 ms
- When the VDD driver is off, short to ground error is not detected
- During motor driving, the fault can not be detected
|
| Case4 |
- When the low side FET turns on and the VMTP is over the 2±0.5V during 200 ms
|
| Case5 |
- When the motor driving is continued for 15s at apply
|
| Case6 |
- When the relay A is on and the relay B turn off and the VMTP doesn't meet the VDD±3V during 200 ms
|
| Case7 |
- When the relay A is off and the relay B turn on and the VMTP doesn't meet the VDD±3V during 200 ms
|
| Case8 |
- When the wire of the left motor is short to the wire of the right motor for 200 ms
|
| Case9 |
- When the low side FET turns on and the VMTP is over the 2±0.5V during 200 ms
|
