DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN Message Monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty CAN communication circuit
  • Faulty CGW
Threshold Value
  • The P-STS message is not received during 500 ms within normal voltage condition
  • The HEV_PC2, PC4, PC5 message is not received during 2s within normal voltage condition
  • The EV_PC4, PC5 message is not received during 2s within normal voltage condition
  • The CGW1 message is not received during 2s within normal voltage condition

    * Common items

  • The fault is not checked during 2s after the ignition turns on
  • The fault is not checked if the CAN bus off fault detected
Warning Lamp
  • Warning Lamp "ON"
Clear Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
