DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN Message Monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Faulty CAN communication circuit
  • Faulty MCU
Threshold Value
  • The MCU2 message is not received during 2s
  • The invalid MCU1 message is received during 500 ms
  • The faulty is not checked during 2s after the ignition turns on
  • The faulty is not checked if the CAN bus off fault is detected
Warning Lamp
  • Warning Lamp "ON"
Clear Condition
  • Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
